The Mac Admins Slack is migrating from Business+ to Enterprise Grid.
Several vessels have carried the name Enterprise. There is an aircraft carrier, a starship and a space shuttle. We have asked Slack which one we are getting and are still waiting for a straight answer.

The migration starts on Saturday 10 October 2026 at 03:30 UTC.
Slack estimates 18 hours of hard downtime. That takes us to roughly 21:30 UTC on Saturday 10 October. During that time the workspace will be unavailable.
A further 10 hours of background work will follow to migrate DMs. Expect some DM history to trickle in after you are back in.
We picked the date and time on purpose. The bulk of the migration should finish over the weekend for most of the working world. Even in APAC and Japan, it should be done before Monday starts.
You do not need to do anything yet. More technical detail will follow, including what changes for you, what might break, and where to look if something does.
If you run integrations, feeds, rss or anything else that talks to the workspace, now is a good time to make a list of them.
